Damaged or Incorrect Products

Change of Mind
- If you decide to return a product within 30 days of purchase, please ensure it is unopened, in ‘as new’ condition, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used cannot be refunded.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for added protection.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: The original shipping fee of £4.99 (ex VAT) for orders under £99 is non-refundable if the goods are returned.
- Exclusions: Customized items are non-returnable.
Refunds
