Shipping within the UK

  • We use Royal Mail Tracked or Evri Next Day for all UK deliveries, which aim to deliver within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

We are pleased to offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations, including most of Europe and Hong Kong.

Europe Shipping

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days and delivered within 3-9 working days, depending on the destination and courier network.

Customs & Import Duties (DAP Service)

  • All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.
  • This means local import VAT and customs duties are NOT included in our prices and will be charged by the courier upon delivery in your country.
  • We do not charge VAT at checkout for international destinations.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any local import taxes directly to the courier or customs authority.

Couriers Used

  • We use DPD, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Evri or Parcelforce (Royal Mail), all providing tracked delivery service.

Delivery Method

  • In most regions, parcels are delivered directly to your door.
  • In some rural areas or where local delivery partners operate, parcels may be sent to a local pickup point or parcel locker.
  • You will receive full tracking details and courier instructions once your order has been dispatched.

Hong Kong Shipping

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are 40% of the order total, with a minimum charge of £25 per order.
  • No VAT or tax is charged for Hong Kong orders.

Dispatch and Delivery Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 working days, and delivery typically takes 5-9 working days, depending on customs clearance and courier schedules.

  • We use UPS, DHL, Royal Mail Tracked, or Hong Kong Post, all providing tracked delivery service.

Customs & Import Duties

  • No import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees apply to Hong Kong orders.

Order Issues & Liability

Damages and Issues

If an item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We kindly ask for photo evidence of the unopened and opened package. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

Lost Items

If your order does not arrive within 10 days (UK) or 20 days (international) after the expected delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for misrouted orders.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply.

Delivery During Holidays and Peak Periods

  • During holiday seasons and peak periods, processing and delivery times may extend. We recommend placing orders early to ensure on-time delivery.
