In this edition of the Operation game, choose from 2 ways to play: classic gameplay in Hospital mode or an edge-of-your-seat frenzy in Emergency mode. In Hospital mode, little doctors draw Bandage cards for wacky ailments. The suspense builds as they try to keep their hands steady while operating on Cavity Sam or—BZZZT! —his red nose lights up.

The competition is ripe! Play apples, bananas, cherries, and more to make a shared fruit feast. Low numbers are worth more but you score only if your card is part of the winning combo!
