Scythe was on my wishlist for a while before I purchased it. It’s now one of my favorite mid weight boardgames. Production quality is top notch, great solo mode.
High quality pieces and tokens, a mix of plastic, wood, and heavy duty cardboard. The gameplay is interesting and somewhat asymmetrical. Factions are unique and there is some variability so that they won’t play the exact same every time. The rules are a bit long, but pretty straightforward once you get playing.
